Dori's Challenge Blog

I am creating this blog to hopefully motivate my friends and family to join in on these mini challenges I plan on setting up. I started it back in September with 30 yoga classes until Thanksgiving, I then did a 15 workouts until Christmas, we are in the middle of January's Sweet 16, and we are going to keep it going with Valentine's 14, and the March Shamrock 17... I am also thinking of adding in mini challenges like "this week try eating 5 fruits and veggies on 4 days" or "drink 3L of water on 4 days" or "try eating no empty carbs" or something like that...

Why am I doing this? I am your typical A-Type personality who loves goals and challenges. I was frustrated with myself being lazy and so I needed a way to "kick myself in the butt" and get moving again. The 30 until Turkey challenge that my yoga studio was just what I needed - and I am now hooked and want to get you hooked to. I may be 7 months pregnant but I am working out way more now then I was a year ago. The 3 month challenge was a little daunting so that is why I came up with the 1 month idea... now I am thinking aobut having shorter challenges so people don't get discouraged and give up.

I create a spreadsheet for you to go in and update your progress. Hopefully we get so many people in our challenges that I have to come up with another solution :)
